Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice or roughly chop the olives. Knead with minced meat, onion and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Form 10-12 minced steaks from the minced dough with moistened hands.
Brush the steaks on both sides with olive oil. Grill on the hot grill while turning for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with olives if necessary.
