Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 75 g green olives o. stone
  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 1 egg, salt, pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Chop olives finely. Knead both with mince, egg, salt and pepper

    Form 10-12 flat minced steaks from the dough. Brush both sides with oil and grill on the hot grill for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with olives if necessary
