For the salad clean and peel the radish. Halve lengthwise and slice or cut into thin slices. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add oil. Mix the radish and chives with the vinaigrette. Cover and chill.
For the Obatzda peel onions. Dice half finely, slice or cut the other half into fine rings. Dice Camembert roughly. Mix with butter and cream cheese and then mash with a fork.
Add the onion cubes. Season with 3 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. caraway and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange Obatzda with onion rings and some paprika. Season salad and serve. Pretzels taste good with it.
