Pour the contents of the bag of a baking mixture into a mixing bowl. Add fat, egg yolk and milk. Using the whisks of the hand mixer, mix until creamy. Place 16 small heaps of the mixture on two baking trays lined with baking paper with two teaspoons at intervals. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a cake rack and let cool.
In the meantime melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath. Dip half of the cookies in the chocolate coating. Put them back on a rack and let them dry. Sprinkle half of the cookies with coconut, the rest with nuts. Let the cookies dry
