Cream fat, nut nougat cream and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the dough with the milk. Using a tablespoon, place small piles of dough from the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool on a cake rack. Stir icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Coat smooth surface with the icing, sprinkle with hazelnuts and let dry. Results in about 12 pieces
