  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sherry vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed hazelnuts

    Put vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix. Whip the oil into a bowl. Add the hazelnuts. Season to taste
