Peel and finely chop the onion and carrots. Clean and wash the celery, put celery green aside for garnishing. Cut celery stalks into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly.
Add the onion and sauté. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Add vegetables and tomatoes, chop tomatoes a little bit. Bring everything to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Drain and let drain. Arrange the pasta with the minced sauce on plates. Serve garnished with celery green.
