Noodles with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 4-6 tablespoons (60 ml) Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON sauce thickener
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes

    Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms and spring onions. Fry both in hot oil. Deglaze with 6 tablespoons of water and milk, thicken. Stir in broth and marjoram, season. Serve everything
