Mix yoghurt and honey in a plate until smooth. Roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Peel and thinly slice the figs. Add the oat flakes and figs to the yoghurt. Cut 2-3 leaves of lemon balm into fine strips and stir into the yoghurt. Garnish muesli with some lemon balm leaves
