Noodles with green beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 250 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Spaghetti Noodles
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 2 (80 g each) red onions
  • 6 Stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g sliced parmesan cheese

Directions

    Drain the tomatoes thoroughly and collect the oil. Clean and wash the beans and drain them thoroughly. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Cut the tomatoes into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of tomato oil in a large, coated pan. Leave bacon cubes in it until crispy. Meanwhile peel and finely dice the onions, add them to the bacon with the tomatoes and toss.

    Drain the pasta and let it drain. Drain the beans and chill in cold water. Halve the beans and put them in the pan with the noodles. Fry the noodles and beans at low heat for about 4 minutes.

    In the meantime, wash the basil, dab dry and put 2 stems of basil aside for garnishing. Remove coarse stems from the rest. Cut the leaves into strips and put them in the pan. Season pasta with salt and pepper and arrange on preheated plates.

    Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with the remaining basil.
