Bami Goreng with ham & fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 Federation Spring onions
  • 175 g sliced boiled ham
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 3 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 1 package (30 g) Frozen spice mix "Asian
  • 3-4 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Boil up plenty of salted water. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Cut the ham into strips. Cook the noodles in water for about 8 minutes until they are firm to the bite

    Heat 2 tablespoons of fat. Sauté spring onions and ham briefly. Stir in the frozen seasoning mixture, soy sauce and 100 ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes

    Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a frying pan. Fry eggs in it as fried eggs. Season. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Drain the noodles and put them back into the pot

    Mix the ham mixture and the noodles. Season with salt, pepper and Sambal Oelek. Arrange on plates with one fried egg each. Sprinkle with chives
