Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. In the meantime pluck the basil leaves from the stalks. Peel the garlic. Grate cheese coarsely.
Finely chop basil, garlic, pine nuts and cheese in the universal chopper. Stir in olive oil. Season with salt. Select the rocket, wash and pat dry. Cut tomatoes into pieces. Put the pasta, rocket, pesto and tomatoes in a large pan and fry them for about 10 minutes while tossing.
Sprinkle with sliced Parmesan cheese.
