For the noodles, boil 3-4 l salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre). For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a saucepan. Fry the onion in it. Add tomatoes and juice, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
In between, chop the tomatoes into pieces.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the fillet, dab dry and dice coarsely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 6-8 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the cream into the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot. Mix with the tomato sauce and chicken nuggets. Serve with basil.
