Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g "Eliche 116" noodles (Buitoni)
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain both afterwards. Peel and chop the onions.

    Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh in half. Cut feta cheese into narrow pieces. Wash parsley, cut into narrow strips. Brush 4 ovenproof dishes with garlic. Steam onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes and parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Fold in potatoes and pasta. Fill into the moulds.
