Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pck. (250 g each) Mie-Nudeln
  • 1 head Broccoli (about 300 g each)
  • 1 red pepper (à ca, 270 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 Limes
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 200 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water and drain well.

    Wash the broccoli, clean it and cut it into small florets. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Heat the oil in a wide frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 6 minutes while turning it. Add paprika and broccoli and fry for another 5 minutes.

    Rinse the mung bean seedlings, drain well. Halve the limes and squeeze them. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice and 10 tablespoons of water.

    Add the noodles, sauce and sprouts to the minced vegetable mixture and mix in. Heat for approx. 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
