Noodle Ham Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (4,5 g) dried porcini
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Courgette
  • 125 g cooked ham
  • 1 small onion
  • 125 g Penne noodles
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 (40 g) Bag Fix for pasta-ham gratin
  • 50 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Put porcini mushrooms in 200 ml of lukewarm water and soak for about 10 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and courgettes. Cut ham into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Put uncooked pasta into a flat, greased casserole dish. Spread tomatoes, zucchini, onion and ham over it.

    Heat 200 ml water, porcini mushrooms with the soaking water and cream. Stir in Fix for pasta gratin, bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour sauce evenly over vegetables and noodles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Serve the finished gratin sprinkled with chives
