Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 400 g Star noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Gherkins + 6 tablespoons cucumber water
  • 300 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g light salad cream
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Boil eggs hard in about 10 minutes. Then drain, rinse with cold water, peel and let them cool down. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Then drain and allow to drip off. Wash the tomatoes.

    Drain cucumbers. Cut tomatoes, cucumber and ham into small cubes. Cut 2 eggs into slices, dice remaining eggs. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber water until smooth. Season salad dressing with salt and pepper. Mix prepared salad ingredients, except for the egg slices, and salad dressing loosely. Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Season salad again with salt and pepper and fill into large wine glasses (goblets).

    Mix salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber water until smooth. Season salad dressing with salt and pepper. Mix prepared salad ingredients, except for the egg slices, and salad dressing loosely. Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Season salad again with salt and pepper and fill into large wine glasses (goblets). Garnish with slices of egg
