Noodle casserole with tuna fish

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Roasted peppers
  • 2 tin(s) (185 g each) Tuna fish natural
  • 1 package (370 g) Tomato sauce with basil
  • 150 g Double cream cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese (piece)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Cook the pasta in 3-4 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Drain peppers and tuna.

    Cut the peppers a little smaller. Mix tomato sauce, cream cheese and possibly 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water, season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the pasta and mix with the paprika, tuna and sauce. Pour into a casserole dish. Grate cheese, mix with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
