Ingredients

  • 100 g Nettles
  • 1 (30 g) small red onion
  • 1 (100 g) Tomato
  • 3 half walnut kernels
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash nettles, pluck leaves from the stems. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash tomato, grate dry, cut in half, remove seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes.

    Chop walnuts roughly. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water and oil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Mix everything and arrange on a plate
