Ingredients

  • 1 glass (280 g) Grigliati pepperoni (grilled peppers with garlic)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS black olives
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 375 g Mozzarella
  • 100 g Italian salami
  • 100 g Coppa (air-dried pork neck)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, wooden skewers

Directions

    Drain the peppers together with the garlic, olives and tomatoes. Save about 2 tablespoons of tomato oil. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and mozzarella into slices

    Cover cheese with paprika, garlic, olives, tomatoes, salami or coppa. Pin it down. Drizzle with tomato oil and season with pepper
