Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen blackberries
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 1 kg Cream curd
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated zest of 2 untreated lemons
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Defrost the berries. Puree 1/3 of the berries. Mix quark, milk, lemon juice and zest. Add sugar and vanillin sugar.

    Fold the berries and berry puree (keep some for decoration) into the quark. Pour into a bowl. Spread the rest of the purée and berries on top. Decorate with mint leaves as desired
