Ingredients

  • 100 g dried tomatoes, in oil
  • 1 jar (280 g) grilled peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS small black olives
  • 3 (125 g each) balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g Italian salami and coppa , in thin slices (air-dried Italian ham)
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Drain the dried tomatoes, peppers and olives. Collect the oil from the tomatoes (about 2 tablespoons). Chop the paprika pieces into small pieces. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Distribute on a plate, cover with prepared ingredients, salami and coppa and fix with toothpicks. Sprinkle with collected oil. Season with pepper and garnish with basil
