  • 250 g Goose and lard
  • 100 g smoked streaky bacon in cubes
  • 100 g Roasted onions

Directions

    Put goose and lard in a pot and melt at low heat. Then remove from the stove. In the meantime, drain the bacon in a pan without fat, turning it several times. Mix bacon and fried onions into the lard. Pour into small bowls or glasses. Chill for about 3 1/2 hours. Serve with chopped parsley, pepper and brown or brown bread
