Flatbread with feta and dates

Ingredients

  • 12 dried pitted dates (approx. 120 g)
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 250 g thin flatbread
  • 250 g creamy feta cheese
  • 8 TSP liquid honey
  • 8 TSP Olive oil
  • 10 Stem(s) Thyme
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut dates into slices. Roughly chop the nuts. Cut bread into approx. 0.5 cm thick and approx. 8 cm long slices (approx. 24 pieces). Spread the bread with feta, sprinkle with dates and nuts. Sprinkle with honey and olive oil. Place slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 3 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake dry, remove the leaves from the stalks and sprinkle on the finished bread
