Prepare linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions, rinse and drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the rocket and spin dry. Mix milk and eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Line a quiche mould (24 cm Ø, 5 cm high) with parchment paper. Mix the noodles, tomatoes, rocket and pumpkin seeds and put into the mould. Pour egg milk over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 50-60 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare tomato sauce according to the instructions on the packet. Remove the cake from the oven and cut into pieces. Serve with tomato sauce.
