Ham noodles with egg cream

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 250 g short pasta (e.g. tortiglioni)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 50 g pickled dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream or milk
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cut ham into strips. Drain tomatoes and dice roughly. Drain noodles and let drain well

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the ham briefly in it. Add the noodles, tomatoes and peas and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning

    Whisk eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the noodles and let them simmer at a mild heat for about 5 minutes, turning them carefully from time to time. Wash and finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the pasta
