Macaroni with seafood tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 package (450 g) frozen seafood
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 400 g long macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) whole, peeled tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Defrost the seafood. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Clean spring onions and cut into rings. Cut ham into fine cubes. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente

    Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic. Add seafood and fry for about 5 minutes. Add spring onions and ham and fry briefly. Crush tomatoes coarsely and add. Simmer at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Garnish with some thyme and serve with the macaroni
