Minute steaks au gratin on tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8 Minute steaks from pork (approx. 60 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Put tomatoes and tomato paste in a pot. Puree coarsely with a blender. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut broccoli into small florets, wash and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry meat on each side for 1 minute. Drain broccoli, rinse with cold water and drain.

    Season tomato sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Put the sauce in an ovenproof dish. Spread the broccoli and meat on top. Drain the mozzarella, dice roughly and sprinkle on top. Gratinate in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Serve garnished with basil. Serve with rice
