Spicy lumberjack steak

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 discs (à 200 g) Pork neck
  • 4 TSP Mustard
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 red, green and yellow
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few splashes of white wine...
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut a pocket into each slice. Spread with mustard. Peel onions and cut into rings. Fill meat pockets with it. Stick it in with a wooden skewer.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the steaks on both sides. Then continue to fry for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces.

    Steam in little salt water for about 5 minutes. Take out and let drain. Remove neck steaks from the pan and keep warm. Swivel the peppers in the hot frying fat. Season with salt, pepper, mango chutney, sugar and vinegar.

    Wash parsley, dab dry, chop and add to the vegetables. Arrange steaks and vegetables on plates.
