Ingredients

  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 red and yellow peppers
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; 250 g by weight) Italian beans
  • 1 collar (approx. 200 g) Rocket
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 2 Basil pots
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g Mozzarella balls
  • 100 g black olives
  • 100 g Parma ham

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Line plates with them. Peppers clean, wash and cut into small pieces. Wash and drain the beans. Clean, wash and pluck the rocket into bite-sized pieces. For the marinade, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and chop the basil.

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add onion cubes and basil. Fold in the oil. Carefully mix the prepared ingredients, mozzarella balls and olives with the marinade and place on the tomato slices in portions. Serve with the ham. Serve with fresh white bread
