Minute steak with cheese sauce & spinach

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Potatoes (approx. 150 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 250 g leaf spinach
  • 1 (5 g) onion, 1 tsp oil
  • 1-2 Minute steaks from
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pig
  • 5 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) easier
  • 7-10 Tbsp Processed cheese
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and drain the spinach. Peel onion, cut into slices and fry in 1/2 teaspoon hot oil. Add spinach and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Wash the steaks and pat them dry. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side. Take out, season

    Add 5 tablespoons of water and milk to the roast, bring to the boil. Stir in cheese. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Drain potatoes. Arrange everything. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it
