Wash rocket and herbs, dab dry and pluck herb leaves from the stems, except for some for decoration. Finely chop the herbs and half of the rocket. Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and herbs.
Season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Halve the peppers, remove seeds, wash and pat dry. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Separate toasties by the cut edge, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until transparent.
Add the mince and fry until crumbly. Season with pizza spice and ketchup. Remove and keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan. Sauté the peppers in it for 1-2 minutes.
Mix paprika and minced meat. Spread Toasties thickly with cream cheese. Add paprika mince mixture and garnish with remaining herbs. Arrange toasties and rocket on a plate.
