Giros with tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork escalope
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives and pepperoni

Directions

    Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel two garlic cloves and press them through the garlic press.

    Mix everything with oil, paprika powder and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for two hours. Peel the rest of the garlic, also crush it finely. Wash and roughly grate the cucumber. Mix quark, cucumber, garlic and cream.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the giros in a hot pan and fry them until golden brown, turning them several times. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange giros and tzatsiki on plates. Garnish with olives and pepperoni.

    Tomato salad and pita bread are delicious with it.
