Form the minced dough into a round pizza (approx. 32 cm Ø) and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for 35-40 minutes
Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and also cut into slices. After approx. 15 minutes baking time, cover the minced pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella and bake until done. Garnish with oregano if desired. Makes 8-12 pieces
