Minced meat feta pancakes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Peppers (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Feta
  • 6 Stem/s Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS fizzy mineral water
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    For the pancakes, whisk flour and milk. Add eggs and 1 pinch of salt and mix everything to a smooth dough. Let it swell for about 15 minutes.

    For the filling, clean and wash the peppers. Peel the onion. Dice both finely. Finely dice the feta. Wash and chop the parsley.

    Stir the dough again, adding mineral water. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in portions in a coated pan (approx. 22 cm Ø). Bake 8 thin pancakes from the dough.

    Heat the remaining oil in a second pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the onion and bell pepper briefly. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Mix in parsley and feta. Fill the pancakes with the minced meat mixture and serve.
