  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp pinch of salt
  • 1 Package. Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing, colourful chocolate lentils and silver and colourful love beads

Directions

  1. 1

Beat the warm fat, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Add the eggs one after the other. Insert the dough hooks and add a spoonful of flour and coconut flakes to the fat-sugar egg mixture. Knead quickly with cool hands. Cover the dough and let it rest in a cool place for about 1 hour. Then roll out 3-4 mm thick on a lightly floured work surface. Cut out large and small ducks.

  2. 2

Place ducks on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Stir the egg yolks into a little water until smooth. Brush the ducks with it. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool down. Decorate as you like with sugar icing, colourful chocolate lentils, silver and colourful love beads
