Wash and clean the strawberries, cut them into small pieces. Mix with liqueur and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Crumble the meringue coarsely. Mix quark with sugar and lime juice. Fold in cream and meringue. Alternate with the strawberries in four glasses and serve immediately.
If you like, add some grated dark chocolate to the quark cream.
