  • 1/4 Honeydew melon (240 g)
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp (5 g) crushed pistachio kernels
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) granular cottage cheese (0,8 % fat)
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Maple syrup

Directions

    Halve the honeydew melon. Cut the flesh from the skin. On the skin, cut into five pieces each. Arrange melon boats on a plate. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries.

    Spread on the melon and the plate. Sprinkle with pistachios. Mix cream cheese. Arrange in a bowl. Drizzle with syrup. Serve.
