Melon-quark layered dish with crunchy muesli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small Cantaloup or Charentais melon
  • 1/2 teepee melon
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 400 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 g Crunchy muesli

Directions

    Remove the seeds from the melon halves with a spoon. Cut out balls from the flesh with a small ball cutter. Drip liqueur over the melon balls and marinate for about 30 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix quark, vanilla sugar and honey and season with some lemon juice. Fold in the cream. Layer quark cream, melon balls and muesli in glasses
