Servings: 4
  • 1 Watermelon
  • 3 Blueberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Cut a thin slice from a longer side of the melon and place the melon on the resulting surface

  2. 2

Cut the melon lengthwise, just over halfway into two thirds. Then cut crosswise to two thirds length and lift out the "back" of the hedgehog. From the remaining melon, cut in the flesh, remove and cut into pieces. "Use a small knife to cut the back of the hedgehog's head in a jagged shape. Fill the melon pieces back into the melon

  3. 3

Cut the flesh from the cut piece of skin and dice it. Carve nose and feet for the hedgehog from the melon skin and pin them to the melon with wooden skewers. Attach blueberries as eyes and nose tip with skewers. Cut out the skin in a "V" shape at the place of the ears and carefully bend it out slightly

  4. 4

Place the diced pulp on the melon pieces and arrange with wooden skewers as hedgehog spines
