Ingredients

  • 700 g seedless watermelon
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 250 g creamy ricotta
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper

Directions

    Peel the melon and cut into about 16 large cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm). Wash basil, shake dry. Pluck off leaves, chop and mix with ricotta. Season ricotta cream with salt and put 1 teaspoon each on the melon cubes.

    Arrange on a plate and sprinkle some coarsely ground pepper over it.
