Soak rolls in water. Peel onion and chop very finely. Peel garlic and chop finely as well. Cut cheese into small cubes. Chop olives coarsely.
Mix minced meat, squeezed out roll, onion, garlic, mustard, egg, marjoram, sheep's cheese, olives, salt and pepper with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Form balls (approx. 3.5 cm Ø) from the mince with wet hands. Fry in small baskets in hot oil until golden brown. Pesto tastes good with it
