Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with minced meat, squeezed out roll and egg. Chop anchovies finely. Wash dill, shake dry, pluck flags from stems and chop finely.
Knead anchovies, dill and capers into the mince. Season mince with salt, pepper, paprika, mustard and pimento. Form 12 meatballs from it. Heat the oil in portions in a pan. Fry the meatballs in it in 2 portions all around for about 8 minutes until crispy.
