Meatballs with olives, chilli and garlic

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 3 red chillies
  • 100 g pitted green olives
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

Directions

    ##Oregano## wash, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them, except for something to garnish. Wash and clean the chillies and cut them into very thin strips, except for a little garnish.

    ##Olives## cut them in half. Peel onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Knead minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, oregano, chilli and olives, except for something to garnish.

    Season with salt. Shape into meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Arrange and garnish with oregano, olives and ##chilli##.
