  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 30 g dried tomatoes
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash the thyme, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop them, except for a little to garnish. Cut ##tomatoes## into very thin strips, put something aside for garnishing.

    Cut the cheese into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, ##thyme## and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully knead in cheese cubes.

    Shape into meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Arrange and garnish with thyme, tomatoes and sheep's cheese.
