Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Put approx. 3 pieces each on 1 wooden skewer. Heat the oil in a roaster. Brown the meat skewers in portions and take them out.
Put skewers in the roasting pan. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add wine, lemon juice and 100 ml water, bring to the boil and braise for 10 minutes. Arrange meat skewers together with the sauce. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
