Colourful party meatballs

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 small balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Besides.
  • 1/2 medium-sized banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 2 knife points chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 4 Apricot halves (tin)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Celery and carrot strips (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Curry
  • 5 TABLESPOONS oil for frying

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, well squeezed out roll, onions and eggs to a dough. Season vigorously with salt and pepper.

    Cut the dough in thirds. Dice banana. Knead into the first portion of banana cubes, grated coconut and chilli powder. Dice the apricots. Knead into the second portion of apricots, crushed peppercorns and curry.

    Knead into the last portion of drained vegetables and sunflower seeds. Form 6 small meatballs from the minced dough with moistened hands. Heat the fat and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes on each side until crispy brown.

    If necessary, leave some of the ingredients to garnish.
