Ingredients

  • 4 small matjes fillets (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS small capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 4 Gherkins

Directions

    Wash the maties, dab dry and dice finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Drain capers. Mix the maties, capers and onions and arrange on plates. Garnish with parsley and gherkins.

    Pumpernickel tastes good with it.
