Wash apples and dab dry. Cut out the stem a little bit. Place apples in a large greased casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15 minutes.
Knead marzipan and icing sugar. Colour with food colouring. Form small worms from the marzipan mixture. Spread the cranberries on the baked apples and put them on a plate. Decorate with the worms and mint.
