  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 750 g Flour
  • 100 g crushed almonds
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Butter
  • 1/3 Shortcrust pastry
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 70 g Nut Nougat Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pine nuts

Directions

    Separate 2 eggs, mix flour, almonds, sugar, vanillin sugar, salt, butter in pieces, 2 eggs and egg yolk with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a shortcrust pastry (put aside egg white for pistachio snails)

    Chill for 1 hour.
